Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas Tes Vo2max Pemain Sepakbola U-18

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas dan relaibiltas instrument tes vo2max terhadap pemain sepak bola u-18. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan deskriftip kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi berjumlah 26 sampel 26. Teknik pengembilan sampelnya total sampling tes. Hasil uji disini mendapatkan hasil = 0.408/0.458 yang artinya tersebut valid reliabilitas nya 18 0,875/0,983 reliable dapat digunakan sebagai vo2max. menunjukan bahwa kedua sangat bagus
